Days Inn by Wyndham Orlando Downtown

Our stay was great! Staffs are really nice and very helpful with people in need especially if you have children they provide free breakfast every morning and there rooms are clean my kids enjoyed the stay.

Great time! It’s was not loud for even for a Saturday. I locked myself out and needed a new card . Kelvin quickly brought a new card up to my room. It should be noted he was kind and professional. I would recommend staying here as it seems like a completely different place than my last stay like 4 years ago. New management is doing something right!

Very personable and caring employees. I don't require much for employees' services. When I check out, I make sure my room is not messy. I try my best to do unto others as I would have them do unto me. That's respect;

Room was comfortable. Breakfast is not the best but price of room was inexpensive. Nice pool view. Inexpensive uber and Lyft ride to downtown Orlando and universal studios. Premium outlet 10 minutes away.

Room #207 My name is Jamie I’m new to Orlando Florida I got here November 26th 2025. My mother found this hotel for me and my boyfriend and when she told me about it I had read the reviews I was then scared to come here because of what was said on here . But then my mother called the hotel and talked to kelvin about my concerns . He said they are under new management and they have cameras and security’s. So he was nice enough to pick my room that’s near the office so I can feel comfortable… I came here to check it out and it’s really nice here . I really appreciate Kelvin for makeing me feel comfortable and not scared to be here . I recommend this hotel to everyone it’s really safe here

He not only resolved the situation, but truly went above and beyond our expectations. The service and attention we received were much better than what we expected for the price we paid. Mr. Adel turned what could have been a bad stay into a very pleasant experience. Thank you for the great service — we will definitely be back soon!

The staff were helpful and kind, and the breakfast area and room were clean. The building was on the older side, but was less expensive than most other hotels in the area (more of a motel).

Guest room: #365 I stayed at the Days Inn from the 7th to the 9th of November Pros; General Service, - Excellent. Specifically with Mr. Kelvin at the front desk. Even the two other gentlemen (Friday; evening shift) were hospitable. Room - Overall ok House keeping - Room service; up to par. They were also kind and generous. Overall, I appreciate the service provided. Breakfast - FREE! Needs a little bit more variety. Maybe some muffins, tea (not a coffee drinker), fruit/ veggies Cons Room Mini fridge - Needs to be upgraded. It was tilting causing the door to stay open. I had to put something underneath it to keep it balanced than put some thing in front of it (with weight) to keep it closed. Microwave - Was told it came with the room. Mine didn't have one Iron - Does not work Tub - Needs to be unclogged. Miscellaneous Deposit - $100 dollar deposit is meant to be given prior to check in. Since I reserved my reservation online, to booking.com; please advise your customers ahead of time to remove any complications.
